Customer Services Rates, Terms and Conditions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has ordered that long distance carriers, such as the company, cease filing their rates, terms and conditions for your domestic and international services with the FCC. This is known as detariffing. The FCC has also ordered that these carriers continue to make the rates, terms and conditions of its service offerings public by filing them on its Internet web site.

This web site contains the rates, terms and conditions for the company's state-to-state and international long distance services. It includes the company's Domestic and International Telecommunications Services Agreements (which governs the company's relationship with consumers as of August 1, 2001), and will provide the specific rates, terms and conditions which are part of the Agreement. This web site will be updated to provide customers a current record of the company's consumer long distance and international services and terms and conditions.

Domestic Telecommunications Services Agreement - describes the terms and conditions for domestic long distance services previously filed with the Federal Communications Commission.

International Telecommunications Services Agreement and Rate schedule - describes the rates, charges and terms and conditions for international long distance services previously filed with the Federal Communications Commission.

All price increases and other changes will be shown on the respective Domestic and/or International Telecommunications Services Agreements. Please select the appropriate document for updates.
