Jonathan Dennis
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Dennis is responsible for Excel’s legal and regulatory functions. Prior to joining Excel in January, 2006, Mr. Dennis was a senior corporate associate at White & Case LLP where he advised clients primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate law, and banking.

Mr. Dennis holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
