Don Eben
Sr. Director, Network Cost Management

Mr. Eben is responsible for network cost management, network provisioning and planning, and wholesale and commercial pricing. Prior to joining Excel in August of 2008 Mr. Eben served as Director of Network Planning for Paetec (formerly McLeodUSA). He has 13 years experience in the Telecommunications industry with roles and responsibilities including, engineering, network planning, network and wholesale provisioning, data integrity, least cost routing and vendor management.

Mr. Eben holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from John Brown University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City
